Once the proposal is signed and the retainer is received, the creative work begins with a short design questionnaire and a site visit to take measurements, review inspiration, and align on next steps. With the design approved, we manage sourcing, ordering, and tracking through our trusted vendors and trade partners. Deliveries are coordinated through our receiving warehouse to ensure a smooth process, with clear communication and regular updates along the way.

If construction is part of your project, we collaborate closely with your general contractor to ensure the design is executed as intended. We provide ongoing oversight and coordination, keeping details aligned and progress moving forward.
