We begin with an in-person meeting for our local clients (or a video call for those farther away) to get to know you, your home, and the scope, budget, and timeline of your project. From there, we prepare a detailed design proposal outlining the approach, deliverables, and estimated investmen

Once the proposal is signed and the retainer is received, the creative work begins with a short design questionnaire and a site visit to take measurements, review inspiration, and align on next steps. From layouts and finishes to furnishings and layered details, we develop a cohesive plan that feels intentional, livable, and true to you.

With the design approved, we manage sourcing, ordering, and tracking through our trusted vendors and trade partners. Deliveries are coordinated through our receiving warehouse to ensure a smooth process, with clear communication and regular updates along the way.

If construction is part of your project, we collaborate closely with your general contractor to ensure the design is executed as intended. We provide ongoing oversight and coordination, keeping details aligned and progress moving forward.

Installation day brings everything together. Furniture is placed, styling layers are added, and finishing touches complete the space—revealing a home that feels considered, comfortable, and ready to enjoy.
