Milly & O’Malley was founded by interior designers Erin Carlson and Tami O’Malley around a shared belief: the most beautiful homes are the ones that truly support the way families live every day.

With backgrounds in design and hospitality, Erin and Tami pair creative vision with a service-driven mindset. They take time to understand daily routines, priorities, and how a home needs to function, then translate those insights into a clear, cohesive design direction. The result is thoughtful, livable interiors that feel intentional from start to finish.

Based in St. Charles, Illinois, Milly & O’Malley is a full-service interior design studio specializing in custom new builds, large-scale remodels and additions, and complete home furnishings and styling.

Pricing varies based on the size and scope of your project. We work using a combination of flat-fee and hourly scopes, with hourly and product minimums in place to support a thoughtful and well-managed process. Each project begins with a complimentary intro call to ensure expectations are aligned from the start.

Furnishings budgets typically begin at $25,000+ per room, with renovations starting around $50,000+ per room.

We call the Fox Valley home and proudly serve families throughout St. Charles, Geneva, Campton Hills, Naperville, Wheaton, and the surrounding suburbs. Because our studio is rooted locally, most of our work happens here. However, we also take on select projects across Chicagoland—and occasionally beyond—when the fit feels right.
